If you provide a future Ready Time, the shipment should be completely prepared by that time.

- Full delivery address
- Contact name at each location
- Contact phone number
- Parcel size and approximate weight
- Pickup Ready Date and Time
- Any special pickup or delivery instructions
For residential buildings, condominiums, and apartments, please also provide the unit number, buzz code, or any building access instructions the driver may need.
