While courier services and standard delivery services share several things in common, they’ve got some vast differences. For one, courier services are entirely personalized for both pickup and delivery. Additionally, the materials shipped by courier services are typically sensitive or confidential, and the service usually takes place on the same day or overnight, unlike standard delivery services, which may take days.
We provide same day services, overnight services, and special services, for shipments like banking envelopes, mail runs, and tenders.
We service both personal and business customers. Personal customers generally only need occasional deliveries while business customers may need monthly shipments and the ability to track orders as they move through the system.

Extra weight charged at $0.05 per pound.

Waiting time: 10 first minutes free there after $.50 per minute
Out of town: Full Rate $1.05 per Km

Proof of Delivery No Charge within 30 days, $20 within 2-3 months, $30.00 within 3-12 months if it is available
Insurance: 20% on declared value. Maximum insured value $5,000.00 without prior written agreement.

Deliveries outside The GTA area to all other cities are available on a Rush service only:

Distance between locations is calculated by Google Map.
The time schedules below are for shipments within Toronto and the GTA area.
| Jet Run | Pick-up and delivered within 90 minutes after the order is placed; latest accepting orders must be before 3pm. |
| Rush Service | Pick-up and delivered within 2 hours after the order is placed; latest accepting orders must be before 2:30pm |
| Regular Service | Pick-up and delivery within four hours; latest accepting orders must be before 1pm |
| Blue Run | Cut off time call in before or by 10:30am and deliver before 5pm |
| Overnight Service | Must be placed before 3:00 pm and must be ready for pickup at that time. The order will be picked up and delivered by 5:00 pm the next business day |

All shipments must be properly packaged and labeled, including special markings as applicable (e.g. Do not bend, Fragile, Freezable, etc.)
Both the freight and the waybill must bear the special markings mentioned above and the waybill must be easily accessible and readable Jet Courier Services. Assumes no liability for loss, damage, or delay due to improper packaging and markings.

Deliveries Between (5pm – 7:30am) or weekend hours are charged the Jet run rate x 2 Holidays are charged Jet Run rate x 2, minimum $80.
Minimum invoice amount is $25.00. If you need only occasional deliveries that would be less than the minimum $25.00 we recommend paying cash or cheque on delivery or by credit card at time of placing order.
Customers with an account are given 15 days to pay the invoices (Net 15).
Overdue balances are subject to interest calculated at 2% per month which will accrue and be payable on all outstanding balances.
Jet Courier Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, destruction or unreasonable delays arising from the following causes:
- Acts of god, the queens or public enemies.
- Riots
- Strikes
- Authority of law
- Defect or inherent vice in the goods shipped
- Act or default of the shipper or owner of the goods
- Nuclear reaction, radiation or radioactive contamination.
Carrier’s liability for any loss , damage or injury to a shipment shall not exceed the lesser of $1.75 per pound or $50.00 Unless 1. The shipper and carrier specifically agree otherwise in writing and shipper or class of shippers is named in the carrier’s cargo insurance policy.
Notice for loss or damage must be given to the carrier at its head office within twenty four (24) hours after such loss or damage becomes known , and in writing within thirty (30) days. After the shipment is accepted by the carrier. NOTE: No liability for loss or damage will be accepted by the carrier unless written notice of such loss or damage is received within 30 days after shipment is accepted by carrier. For shipment to, from or written the province of Quebec are applicable conditions of Form RT-200 as decreed by the Quebec Transportation Board.
Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, the carrier shall not be liable for any special, consequential or other damages caused by more delay in the delivery of a shipment, regardless of the cause of such delay.
